Notes: I tried out a new recipe today from the Inspiralized cookbook and it was delicious! I went back for seconds…and then thirds. But considering it was all veggies and shrimp I didn’t feel so bad. I also stuck with the higher percentage chocolate tonight.
Breakfast: Two and a half scrambled eggs with Flavorgod Everything seasoning
Lunch: Antipasti plate with cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, prosciutto, and half an avocado
Snack 1: A handful of cashews and a handful of blueberries, plus an Oprah Chai brewed tea with a packet of Truvia and a splash of half and half
Snack 2: Small handful of cashews (not pictured)
Dessert: Four small squares of Alter Eco chocolate
