June 9, 2015 – Whole30 Day 2


Notes: Day 2 of my Whole30 was about as easy as Day 1. I had a larger breakfast than on Day 1, which helped keep me fuller, longer. I did have to stay at work fairly late tonight and thankfully had leftovers to eat for dinner, but I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my dinner. So I’m using a black and white photo of last night’s dinner as a placeholder of sorts to represent tonight’s leftovers.

Breakfast: Whole30 frittata with eggs, kale, onion, tomato, and chicken sausage

Lunch: Antipasti plate with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, and prosciutto

Snack 1: One pear and a handful of almonds

Dinner: Ground beef with Flavor God Everything seasoning plus carrots and zucchini sautéed in ghee and half an avocado.

Dessert: One orange
