I didn’t go totally wild on my first day off Whole30, but I did add in more than I thought I would faster than I originally meant to. I had cheese with a salad for lunch, soy with my dinner (and for a snack), and wine at dinner. But I seemed to do okay with it all, so I was relieved.
Breakfast: Bacon/apple/sweet potato hash with one egg
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with cheese (not pictured)
Snack 1: Chicken w/ cashews, grapes, and some mayo
Dinner: Against All Grain Pad See Ew (made w/ gluten free tamari) and a glass of white wine (not pictured)
Snack 2: A handful of dates (not pictured)
