Notes: Today I did an all day wine tour and visited a ton of wineries. We ended up having lunch at Poplar Grove, which while the food was good, it took forever. I did stay grain free and relatively low carb, though I indulged in some sugar on the way back to the hotel from the tour.
Breakfast: Two eggs, three sausage links, one banana, and a tablespoon of peanut butter
Lunch: Grilled salmon on top of spinach and tomatoes with a couple slices of prosciutto
Snack 1: a couple pieces of pecan brittle
Dinner: A salad with goat cheese, tomato, walnuts and a honey vinaigrette, plus a steak with prawns, mashed potatoes, and roasted veggies
